In-service inspection :
Process plant in hydrocarbon sour service, H2S service environment, tube – erosion and corrosion , pressure vessel – shell thickness , Piping, Nozzle, pump and valves are deteriorating in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive medium of liquid and Gas.
In-service inspection confirms to API 510, API 653, API 570 , API 579, API 580 Code and practices to ensure integrity of equipment and plant requirement.
During shut-down of plant and equipment, we deploy API inspector, welding inspector, Painting inspector to ascertain equipment deterioration, condition by providing appropriate inspection methodologies to ensure,restore ,extend remaining life of equipment.
