Pressure vessel :

Pressure vessel  a equipment  assembly, P&ID, PEFS –  design,  vessel construction materials, fabrication , testing , MAWP ,  Equipment  data on marking and fixing on vessel  process activities    are  monitoring and  verifying compliance to ASME  – Section II,   ASME – Section V,   ASME  Section VIII  , ASME Section IX, DEP.

Carbon steel  materials ASTM A 516  Grade 60, ASTM A 515 Grade 60 and  Austenitic stainless steel material  ASTM A 240 – Grade  304, Grade 304L, Grade 316 and Grade 316L   and suitable welding filler wire are ensuring during construction process to  plant commissioning.  Vessel  ensuring PWHT for lethal substance.

Pressure vessel  in-service:

Periodical  in-service and shut down of  pressure vessel inspection  reference and  compliance to  API 510, API 570, API 572, API 576,API 577 and ASME, ASTM  standard in-line with process  operations plant   integrity.

Flush the vessel and  inspecting the visual inspection.  NDT method   appropriately employed    –  MPI, LPI, UT,ECT, MFL, Boroscopy for assessment of material condition and random inspection for CUI on minimal locations. Increase the locations  if  any stains or discoloration.

Remaining life assessment evaluation  based on shell, dish end, pipe, nozzle  thickness and    NDT  evaluation.
